We believe in predictable costs. All ClerkEx Radius Basic packages are yearly subscriptions. While the initial year includes deployment and integration support, we offer a significant discount on annual renewals.

Prices are listed for the full ClerkEx Radius basic software suite, deployment guides, and ongoing priority support. Server hardware or virtualization resources (VMs) must be provided by the customer.

Important Notices for On-Premise Basic:

• Self-Hosted Infrastructure Required: This software must be installed on a server or Virtual Machine (VM) that you own and maintain.

• Compatibility Notice: The ClerkEx Radius Basic Series is designed for standard Network Access Servers (NAS), Mikrotik routers, and other access gateways that support the Radius protocol. This series does not include direct, native support for managing OLT (Optical Line Terminal) hardware. If you require OLT management for your fiber network, please ask about our Advanced or Carrier packages.
